Charlotte League of Creative Interventionists alumnus Rebecca Henderson is happy to bring the World The Snowball Effect; a colorful conversation starter around civic engagement. Half frozen treat, half voter registration drive, this non-partisan project aims to open up a discussion around how to jump start a vibrant and visibly participatory electoral culture.

The Snowball Effect is a part of Saturday’s 980 Fest Newcomers Weekend at Divine Barrel Brewery in Charlotte, and co-sponsored by LOCI and Charlotte Is Creative.
